GOFU PREPAREDNESS MEMBERSHIP INFO AND ENROLLMENT
GOFU helps Preparedness Members by empowering their ability to enforce their legal Rights of Remedy and to successfully help them increase their adversarial advantage by delivering solutions based services.
We recognize the need for our Preparedness Members to have enduring courage and to make the right judgment call in order to bring INDIVIDUAL JUSTICE back into BALANCE.
We act with absolute honesty, integrity and fairness in the way we conduct our business and the way we live our lives.
Above all else, we recognize and affirm the unique, intrinsic and extrinsic worth of each and every single individual on this planet and are truly committed to the overall improvement of human life.
We are not a Law Firm and we DO NOT represent Preparedness Members. We DO NOT offer legal advice or provide legal council. We DO NOT do loan modifications. We DO NOT do short sales. We DO NOT file paperwork for Members in a court of law. We DO NOT stop legal actions.
What we DO is… "Due Diligence."
Due diligence is a process of acquiring objective and reliable information, generally prior to a specific event or decision. It is usually a systematic research effort, which is used to gather critical facts and descriptive information which are most relevant to the making of an informed decision on a "matter of importance."
U.S. courtrooms have often been compared to battlefields or playing fields. The adversary system by which legal disputes are settled in the United States promotes the idea that legal controversies are battles or contests to be fought and won using all available resources.
In an adversary system, the judge or jury is a neutral and passive fact finder, dispassionately examining the evidence presented by the parties with the objective of resolving the dispute between them. The fact finder must remain uninvolved in the presentation of arguments so as to avoid reaching a premature decision.
The rules of evidence are also developed based upon the system of objections of adversaries and on what basis it may tend to prejudice the trier of fact, which may be the judge or the jury. In a way the rules of evidence can function to give a judge limited inquisitorial powers as the judge may exclude evidence he/she believes is not trustworthy or irrelevant to the legal issue at hand.
